Tenancy-IQ Data Deletion Instructions
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
Tenancy-IQ is owned and operated by Painter Process Control Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data stored by Tenancy-IQ, including data connected to Facebook or other Meta services.
To request deletion: Email painterpcs@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include the email address associated with your Tenancy-IQ account and a short description of the data you want deleted.
Authenticated company owners may also use Account > Delete Company Data. The app confirms completion only after Tenancy-IQ-controlled company records, files, and linked accounts finish processing.
1. Tenancy-IQ Account and Service Data
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your Tenancy-IQ account, rental application, or use of the Tenancy-IQ service. This may include account profile information, applicant contact, rental-history, household, employment and income information, applicant attestations, requested income proof or other supporting uploads, property-management records, tenant or landlord contact information, maintenance request data, other uploaded documents, messages, billing-related account metadata, and other records stored in Tenancy-IQ.
Applicants who do not have a Tenancy-IQ account should include the email address used on the application, the property applied for, and the approximate submission date. Do not send application documents or sensitive personal information by email.
Some business, billing, legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law. If we cannot delete a specific record immediately, we will explain the reason when appropriate.
2. Facebook / Meta Connected Data
If you interact with Tenancy-IQ through a Facebook Page, Messenger conversation, Facebook lead form, Meta-connected marketing feature, or another Meta-connected workflow, Tenancy-IQ may receive limited Meta-related data. This may include message content, sender identifiers, Page identifiers, conversation metadata, generated reply drafts, lead records, post workflow records, or related interaction data.
To request deletion of Meta-connected data stored by Tenancy-IQ, email painterpcs@gmail.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request. Include enough information for us to identify the interaction, such as the Facebook Page name, approximate message date, or the email address connected to your Tenancy-IQ account.
Important: This process deletes data stored by Tenancy-IQ. Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, or other Meta products may retain their own copies of messages, posts, profile information, or activity data. To delete data stored by Meta, use the privacy and account controls provided by Meta.
3. Verification
Before deleting data, we may need to verify your identity, confirm account ownership, or confirm that you are authorized to request deletion for a company, property, tenant record, or connected Facebook Page.
4. Deletion Timeline
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days. Complex requests, legal holds, security review, backups, or third-party service limitations may require additional time. Backup copies may persist for a limited period until they are overwritten or expire through normal backup cycles.
5. Third-Party Services
Tenancy-IQ uses service providers such as Firebase, Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, OpenAI, and Meta-related APIs to provide the service. When deletion is requested, we will delete or de-identify data within Tenancy-IQ-controlled systems where appropriate. Some third-party providers may retain records under their own legal, security, payment, abuse-prevention, or compliance obligations.
