Tenancy-IQ Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tenancy-IQ, a property management platform owned and operated by Painter Process Control Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tenancy-IQ platform, including our web and mobile applications and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Services Provided

Tenancy-IQ offers digital tools for managing property leases, tenants, rent payments, maintenance requests, expense tracking, and related property operations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use the Service.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered under multiple subscription plans, including Free, Plus, Pro, and Business tiers. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout and not via Google Play Billing. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis as specified during signup. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.

Refunds are not issued automatically. Users may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting painterpcs@gmail.com. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

Privacy and Data Collection

We use third-party services including Firebase, Twilio, and SendGrid for data storage, messaging, and notifications. For details on how we collect, use, and store your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

SMS Alerts

Tenancy-IQ may send SMS messages for urgent property management and maintenance workflow alerts, including urgent ticket assignments and ticket updates. SMS alerts are sent only to users who provide a mobile number and enable SMS alerts in their Tenancy-IQ account or alert preferences.

Message frequency varies based on account activity and urgent maintenance events. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving Tenancy-IQ SMS alerts, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact painterpcs@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing Tenancy-IQ services. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, text messaging originator opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with services like Stripe, Twilio, and OpenAI. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. This includes distributing malware, scraping, spamming, or violating applicable laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in misconduct.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Armstrong County, PA.
