Templates are reusable sources. Application copies, signing packets, executed leases, and operational records remain in Applications, Leases & Operations.
Create a reusable company template here. The Documents wizard requires a static PDF, deliberate state scope, source-rights confirmation, mapping review, an exact preview, and deliberate publish. It never creates an applicant packet, and a generic file upload never creates a template.
